Mr. Joe L. Coley, 70, of Laurel, MS passed from this life Thursday, May 30, 2019 at South Central Regional Medical Center in Laurel, MS. He was born in Laurel, MS on Sunday, September 19, 1948 to Willie O. Coley and Blanche Sumrall Coley. He served in the United States Army and was a Veteran of Vietnam. He worked as a Supervisor at Boots Smith Oilfield Services. Mr. Coley is preceded in death by his father, Willie O. Coley; mother, Blanche Sumrall Coley; 2 brothers; 4 sisters. He is survived by his wife, Janice R. Coley, Laurel, MS; 3 sons, Jody Coley, Richton, MS, Eddie Ray Meadows, Laurel, MS, Stan Conn, Laurel, MS; 3 daughters, Nicole Coley, Richton, MS, Jennifer Hoffman, Carmichael, MS, Mary Meadows, Laurel, MS; sister, Ethel McDonald, Sandersville, MS; "Bright Eyes", Kira, and Dillon; a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren. Graveside Services for Mr. Coley will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, June 1, 2019 at Boyles Chapel Cemetery in Waynesboro, MS. Interment will be in Boyles Chapel Cemetery in Waynesboro, MS.
