Mr. Huey L. Williams, 77, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Saturday, May 26, 2018 at Pine View Health and Rehabilitation in Waynesboro, MS. He was born in Wayne County, MS on Thursday, April 17, 1941 to Edgar Coleman Williams, Sr. and Mary Lee Touchstone Williams. He was a member of West Shady Grove Baptist Church. He worked as a mechanic for J J Pryor and Kelley Brothers. Mr. Williams is preceded in death by his mother, Mary Lee Williams; father, Edgar Coleman Williams, Sr.; sister, Sondra Barnes. He is survived by his loving wife, Bobbie Gail Williams, Waynesboro, MS; 2 sons, Brian Keith Williams (Rebecca), Randall Scott Williams (Charlotte), both of Waynesboro, MS; brother, Edd Williams, Jr. (Catherine), Lagrange, GA; 3 sisters, Annette Kendall (Robert), Lynda Williams, Bonnie Williams, all of Mobile, AL; 4 grandchildren, Morgan Williams, Haley Williams, Brianna Williams, Brice Williams; 3 great grandchildren, Rylan Davenport, Leighton Mosley, Maddyn Mosley. Visitation for Mr. Williams will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Tuesday, May 29, 2018 in the Parlor of Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS 39367. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, May 30, 2018 with a one hour lie-in-state from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at West Shady Grove Baptist Church in Waynesboro, MS with Rev. Mitchell Smith, Rev. Terry Williams, and Rev. Mike Street officiating. Interment will be in West Shady Grove Cemetery in Waynesboro, MS.
