Gary Allen Crager

Mr. Gary Allen Crager, 69, of State Line, MS passed from this life Friday, March 23, 2018 at his residence in State Line, MS. He was born in State Line, MS on Sunday, March 28, 1948 to Elmer "Tony" Crager and Naomi Elizabeth Crager.  Mr. Crager served in the Alabama National Guard. He was retired as a roustabout for Phillips Petroleum Company and was a member of First Baptist Church of State Line. Mr. Crager is preceded in death by parents, Naomi Elizabeth Crager and Elmer "Tony" Crager. He is survived by his wife, Sherry Crager of State Line, MS; 3 sons, Greg Crager (Melinda), Chris Crager (Jennifer) both of State Line, MS, Mark Crager (Carlene) of Hattiesburg, MS; 3 brothers, Larry Crager (Brenda), Doyle Crager (Kaye) both of State Line, MS, Gaylon Crager (Joyce) of Frost Bridge Community; 4 grandchildren, Kayla Shaw (Jayson), Joseph Crager, Chase Crager, Caiden Crager; great grandchild, Jacelyn Shaw; 3 step great grandchildren, Jaycee Shaw, Junior Shaw, Addison Crager; a host of nieces and nephews. Visitation for Mr. Crager will be held from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Sunday, March 25, 2018 in the Parlor of Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS 39367. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, March 26, 2018 in the Chapel of Freeman Funeral Home in Waynesboro, MS with Rev. Michael Street and Rev. Michael Stevenson officiating. Interment will be in Four Point Cemetery in Four Points in Washington County, AL.
