Floyd Eugene Beasley

Rev. Floyd Eugene Beasley, 90, of Millry, AL passed from this life Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at Washington County Nursing Home in Chatom. He was born in Washington County on Sunday, September 9, 1928 to Mose Beasley and Zade Beasley. He was a member of Sand Ridge Church of God. He retired as a Road Grader for Washington County. Mr. Beasley is preceded in death by his first wife, Josephine Beasley; second wife, Voncille Beasley; father, Mose Beasley and mother, Zade Beasley; brothers, Lloyd Beasley, John Lee Beasley, Robert Beasley, Houston Beasley,  L. J. Beasley; sisters, Estelle Hopkins, Jettie Mae Douglas. He is survived by his son, Wayne Beasley (Janet), Millry, AL; daughter, Sadie Sullivan (John), Millry, AL; 6 grandchildren, Kim Pitts, Carla McRae, Candace Beasley, Jada Gay, Jason Beasley, Derrick Sullivan; 16 Great Grandchildren, 3 Great Great Grandchildren; several Nieces and Nephews. Visitation for Mr. Beasley will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Thursday, October 4, 2018 at Sand Ridge Church of God, 2674 Britton Lige Road, Millry, AL. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, October 05, 2018 at Sand Ridge Church of God with Rev. Larry Daugherty, Rev. Shawn Hales and Rev. I. D. Sullivan officiating. Interment will be in Sand Ridge Cemetery.
