Emma Juanita Griffith

Mrs. Emma Juanita Griffith, 86, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Monday, August 5, 2019 at Wayne General Hospital. She was born in Mobile, AL on Wednesday, November 16, 1932 to John Thomas McMichael and Louise McMichael. She was a member of Liberty Baptist Church.  She worked as a Beautician. Mrs. Griffith is preceded in death by her husband, James Griffith; father, John Thomas McMichael and mother, Louise McMichael;  sons, Ferdinand Lonsway, Vince Hogue; brothers, John  Edward McMichael, Charles McMichael.  She is survived by her sons; John Lonsway (Joann), Clinton, TN, Floyd  Ray Hogue (Norma), Waynesboro, MS; 5 grandchildren; Sarah Shirley, Wesley  Hogue, Jeremey Seucht, Jay Lonsway; 2 great grandchildren, Aniah Shirley, Blayden  Shirley. Visitation for Mrs. Griffith will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Friday, August 9, 2019 at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, August 10, 2019 at Freeman Funeral Home with Rev. Philip Rogers officiating. Interment will be in Antioch Cemetery in Waynesboro.
