Elizabeth (Moss) Daugherty

   Mrs. Elizabeth Moss Daugherty, 87, of Millry, AL passed from this life Thursday, October 4, 2018 at Wayne General Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Wayne County, MS on Saturday, April 4, 1931 to Allen Moss and Sadie Moss. 

   Mrs. Daugherty is preceded in death by her husband, Melton M. Daugherty; father, Allen Moss and mother, Sadie Moss; 2 brothers, Joseph Moss, Evans Moss; 3 sisters, Mary Lee Tate, Barbara Ivy, Allie Tiner. She is survived by her son, Travis Daugherty, Millry, AL; daughter, Caroline Dearmon (William), Millry, AL; brother, Robert Moss (Betty), Millry, AL; 3 Grandchildren, 5 Great Grandchildren; special friend, Cathey Odom. 

   Visitation for Mrs. Daugherty will be held from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Saturday, October 6, 2018 at Tabernacle Holiness Church, 2591 Tate Road, Millry, AL. Funeral Services will follow at 11:00 AM Saturday, October 6, 2018 at Tabernacle Holiness Church with Rev. Larry Daugherty officiating. Interment will be in Shady Grove Cemetery, Millry, AL.
