Doris Janice Jordan

Ms. Doris Janice Jordan, 81, of Millry, AL passed from this life Monday, January 14, 2019 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Buckatunna, MS on Wednesday, November 3, 1937 to Nathan and Ada Jordan. She was a member of Lighthouse of Living Faith. Ms. Jordan is preceded in death by her mother, Ada Jordan; father, Nathan Jordan; 3 brothers, Fred Jordan, J. M. Jordan, Charles Elcoy Jordan; 2 sisters, Laura M. Sikes, Daisy Loper. She is survived by her sister, Essie Williams, Millry, AL; a host of nieces and nephews. Serving as pallbearers are: Travis Loper, Seth Howard, Adam Howard, Jack Sikes, Scott Jordan, and Jerry Estis. Visitation for Ms. Jordan will be held from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at Lighthouse of Living Faith in Millry, AL. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at Lighthouse of Living Faith in Millry, AL with Rev. Ray Odom and Rev. Phillip Howard officiating. Interment will be in Springbank Cemetery in Chatom, AL.
