Mrs. Bessie Lee Gordon, 90, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at Brookwood Villa Personal Care Home in Waynesboro, MS. She was born in Washington County, AL on Friday, April 15, 1927 to Drew Reynolds and Mary Elizabeth Reynolds. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Waynesboro. Mrs. Gordon is preceded in death by her husband, William Douise Gordon; mother, Mary Elizabeth Reynolds; father, Drew Reynolds; 3 brothers, Elmo Reynolds, Russell Reynolds, J. D. Reynolds. She is survived by her son, Mark Gordon (Michelle) of Waynesboro, MS; 2 granddaughters, Kayla Gordon, Claire Gordon both of Waynesboro, MS. Visitation for Mrs. Gordon will be held from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Friday, February 9, 2018 at First Baptist Church of Waynesboro, 814 Azalea Drive, Waynesboro, MS 39367. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, February 9, 2018 at First Baptist Church of Waynesboro in Waynesboro, MS with Dr. Steve Smith officiating. Interment will be in Buckatunna Cemetery in Buckatunna, MS.
