Mr. Ben Mitchell Anderson, 63, of State Line, MS passed from this life Monday, February 5, 2018 at University Medical Center in Jackson, MS. He was born in Wayne County on Sunday, November 7, 1954 to Benjamin David Anderson and Lena Pearl Anderson. He was a member of Buckatunna Free Will Baptist Church and Cross Roads Volunteer Fire Department.  He worked for David Mills Logging as a Truck Driver. Mr. Anderson is survived by his wife, Alice Anderson, State Line, MS; 2 daughters, Shelly Anderson, Buckatunna, MS, Ashley Anderson Holston, State Line, MS; 3 brothers, Mark Anthony Anderson (Carmen), State Line, MS, Randy Anderson (Tammy), Clara, MS, Isaac Anderson, State Line, MS; sister, Ella Ree Burke (Roy), State Line, MS; grandchild, Addison Brooke Holston, State Line, MS. Visitation for Mr. Anderson will be held from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at Buckatunna Free Will Baptist Church, 2236 Buckatunna Chicora Clara Road, Buckatunna, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, February 8, 2018 at the church with Rev. Thomas Cochran and Rev. Cobi Smith officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
