Audell "Dell" (Ward) Cook

Mrs. Audell "Dell" Cook, 88, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at Wayne General Hospital in Waynesboro, MS. She was born in Laurel, MS on Sunday, July 21, 1929 to Charles Ward and Minnie McIntosh Ward. Mrs. Cook was retired as a laboratory assistant at South Central Regional Medical Center. She was a member of Bethlehem Community Church. She enjoyed spending her time with family and making clay sculptures of nativity scenes. Mrs. Cook is preceded in death by her husband, Brooks Johnson; mother, Minnie McIntosh Ward; father, Charles Ward; 2 brothers, Leon Ward, James Ward; 3 sisters, Eula McCollum, Vera Hamm, Christine Gibbs. She is survived by 3 daughters, Brenda Bradley (Richard), Linda Little, Connie Perry (Terry); son, Edward Cook (Charma); brother, Gerald Ward; 13 grandchildren, Heather Bradley Rabinowitz (David), Allison Bradley, Richard Little, JoAnn Little, Sarah Little Schmidgall (Ryan), Brooks Little, Jennifer Mills (Nick), Brittnay Perry, Shawn Cook (Veronica), Alisha Carney (Scooter), Crystal Hendry (Brandon), Clay Sullivan (Kristi), Kara Sullivan; 18 great grandchildren. Visitation for Mrs. Cook will be held from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Saturday, May 5, 2018 at Bethlehem Community Church, 849 Lake Como Road, Laurel, MS 39443. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, May 5, 2018 at Bethlehem Community Church in Laurel, MS with Dr. Richard Bradley officiating. Interment will be in Bethlehem Cemetery in Laurel, MS.
