Kenneth Ray Stennett

Mr. Kenneth Ray Stennett, 65, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg, MS. He was born in Foley, AL on Thursday, October 23, 1952 to Ray C. Stennett and Pearline Stennett.  He worked as a Co-Owner and Operator of Stennett Farms.  Mr. Kenneth loved working on his farm beside his loving wife raising cattle and chickens. He was a faithful member of Maynor Creek Assembly of God Church. Mr. Stennett is preceded in death by his mother, Pearline Stennett; father, Ray C. Stennett; brother, William R. Stennett. He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Jean Stennett of Waynesboro, MS; 2 sons, Kevin R. Stennett (Kim), Kendall R. Stennett (Lacie) both of Waynesoboro, MS; brother, Alvin Stennett of Jackson, MS; sister, Tammy Arlene Carney of Waynesboro, MS; 5 grandchildren, Kaleb Stennett, Kade Stennett, Karleigh Stennett, Kaleigh Stennett, Kaston Stennett. Visitation for Mr. Stennett will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Thursday, March 1, 2018 in the Chapel of Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS 39367. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, March 2, 2018 at Chapel of Freeman Funeral Home in Waynesboro, MS with Rev. Marvin Griffin and Rev. Eddie Bean officiating. Interment will be in Lee's Chapel Cemetery in Wayne County, MS.
