Mr. Jimmie Dale Brewer, 55, of Waynesboro, MS passed from this life Sunday, February 11, 2018 at Anderson Regional Medical Center in Meridian. He was born in Waynesboro on Tuesday, November 13, 1962 to J. B. Brewer and Laverne Brewer. He worked as a Mechanic at Mar-Jac Poultry. Mr. Brewer is preceded in death by his father, J. B. Brewer; grandparents, Claude and Ada Brewer. He is survived by his wife, Demitri Brewer; mother, Laverne Brewer; daughter, Lara Newman (Paul); brother, Gerald Brewer (Christa); 4 sisters, Rita Faye Brewer, Grace Mills (Danny), Fay Wells (Keith), Dianne Mills (David); 2 grandchildren, Kaylee Newman, Lucas Newman, all of Waynesboro, MS. Visitation for Mr. Brewer will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at Freeman Funeral Home with Rev. Floyd Mills and Rev. Thomas Holloway officiating. Interment will be in J. B. Brewer Family Cemetery.
